Since 2001, our goal at CAWS has been to set the standard as a Specialty Welding Contractor, we pride ourselves in Safety, Quality, Performance, dedication to our employees and our clients' needs. We pride ourselves on the abilities of our craftsman to be above what most consider the best, and always having positive results. Our Teams specialize in executing tough projects with Boilers, Fired Heaters, SMR's, Piping, and Structural Steel.
We are committed to improving, whether it is technology advances or upgrading work process procedures, we continue to look for the most efficient way to grow and make our worksites Safer and more Productive. "That's the way that we have always done it", isn't a justifiable reason to continue an operation that could be improved.

Mike has more than 40 years serving the Power Industry. Prior to launching CAWS, he served as a Welding Engineer for Babcock and Wilcox, working both domestic and international projects heading up manufacturing, assembly and Installing Power Boilers. As a seasoned Welding Engineer, Mike has a thorough understanding of welding processes (manual and automatic), and also has a broad understanding of ASME and NBIC codes. In the beginning of CAWS, Mike and Brady developed a plan to perform header replacements in HRSG's in 2000 to complete warranty work for a client. After proving the mock-up to management, they were invited to the dance in 2001.
In his spare time Mike enjoys spending time with his girls, golfing and living the lake life.
Brady has over 30 years of experience in construction and maintenance. Skilled in establishing teams to carry out construction, maintenance and turnaround operations in the Oil, Gas, Power, Chemical and Syngas industries. Excellent background in the structuring organizations Planning, Scheduling and Project execution. He started in the field as a welder and has never lost sight of the value of the men and women in the field executing each project.
In his spare time Brady enjoys spending time with family, golfing, grilling and enjoying the great outdoors.
Chris put in over 25 years of working in the crafts and moving up the chain to a corporate role. Along with his hands on skills as a craftsman, he has held roles in Project Management, and as a QA/QC Manager. He has managed projects up to 54m, and has experience in Oil, Gas, Power, Chemical, and Syngas Industries. He is one of the only people in the industry to have on their resume, the relocation of a Kellogg Reformer, and completed a field refurbishment and build of a Davy Reformer.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, trail riding and is an avid outdoorsman.
