In today's Industry it is a requirement to hold personnel safety, and environmental protection as the #1 priority. Although it may be an Industry requirement, CAWS Ownership and Employees believe that it is a moral and ethical responsibility for each individual to maintain a safe, clean work environment. It is our duty to look out for one another, be our brother's keeper, and be a good steward toward mother earth. Our belief is that all accidents and incidents are avoidable, and that Zero is an attainable goal. EHS is our #1 priority for our Employees, Clients and Families. We aim to create a work environment that is healthy, productive and vibrant for our people to thrive. Continuous Training

We train our employees to always have 360 Degree awareness on the jobsite, and to always be mindful of all Safety Procedures that need to be followed in order to ensure Safety for themselves and their Co-Workers. We constantly ask them to mindful of the possible impact to themselves, their loved ones, the client and the company. Whenever an injury happens, it impacts everyone connected to that individual. We make sure that all employees have the proper training for the task, or hazard that they may face on a job.

Stop Work Authority

All employees have the right and moral obligation to shut down work in the case of any unsafe act or condition that may be present.
